Our Terms and Conditions

  • Drop Off Times commence at 8.00am and 5.00pm 
  • Collection before 10am on their final day will incur no additional charges. 
  • All fees are payable upon collection. Animals staying at Castleford on a Long Term Stay will be invoiced on a month by month basis.
  • All rates are levied daily, including day of arrival, if you collect your dog or cat before 10 am on day of departure there is no charge for that day. 
  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated and have the kennel cough vaccine.
